DMCA Copyright Policy

iSabiTV Media Inc ("iSabiTV," "we," "our," or "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the iSabiTV web application and related services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), iSabiTV has adopted the following policy toward copyright infringement.

This policy applies to all content available on the iSabiTV website, mobile applications, and digital platforms (collectively, the "Service").

1. Copyright Ownership

All original content published by iSabiTV, including but not limited to videos, audiovisual works, text, graphics, logos, design elements, and branding, is the property of iSabiTV Media Inc and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Certain content made available on the Service may be owned by third-party creators, licensors, or contributors. Ownership of such content remains with its respective rights holders.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

If you believe that any content available on the iSabiTV Service infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent.

Your DMCA notice must include all of the following information:

• A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed

• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf

Incomplete or inaccurate notices may delay processing or be disregarded.

4. Action Taken Upon Receipt of a Valid Notice

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, iSabiTV will promptly:

• Review the complaint
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
• Notify the affected content uploader or user, where applicable

iSabiTV reserves the right to remove content without prior notice if required by law.

5. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that content removed or disabled as a result of a DMCA notice was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification.

Your counter-notification must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature
• Identification of the content that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
• A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district (or Georgia, USA, if outside the United States)

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

iSabiTV has a zero-tolerance policy toward repeat copyright infringers. Users or accounts that are the subject of multiple valid DMCA complaints may have their access restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated at our sole discretion.

7. Third-Party and User-Generated Content

iSabiTV owns and operates the iSabiTV Service, including its platform, branding, and all original content created by iSabiTV.

The Service may host content submitted by third-party creators or users ("User-Generated Content"). Ownership of such content remains with the original creator or rights holder.

By uploading content, users represent and warrant that they have the necessary rights to publish it and that it does not infringe any intellectual property or legal rights of others. Users are solely responsible for the content they submit.

iSabiTV acts as a service provider with respect to User-Generated Content and complies with applicable copyright laws. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, iSabiTV will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and may take further action against repeat infringers.

8. Policy Updates

iSabiTV Media Inc reserves the right to modify or update this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
